Abu Obeida: The Israeli army deliberately bombed a place to kill prisoners inside it and repeated the bombing to ensure their death
The al Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, revealed on Saturday that the Israeli army bombed a place in the Gaza Strip where Israeli prisoners were inside, and that it repeated the bombing to ensure their deaths.
Qassam spokesman Abu Obeida said in a post on Instagram, “The occupation army recently bombed a place where some enemy prisoners were located, and repeated the bombing to ensure their deaths”.
He added, “We’ve intelligence information confirming that the enemy deliberately bombed the place with the aim of killing the prisoners and their guards”.
Abu Obeida pointed out that Qassam fighters made attempts to rescue the enemy’s prisoners, and succeeded in rescuing one of them, but his fate is unknown.
Abu Obeida held Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his government and his army fully responsible for this event and for the lives of their prisoners.
In a video broadcast by Al Qassam, the location of the bombing and a person appear without clarifying whether he was killed or injured, with no facial features shown.
The video included a phrase that said, “Netanyahu and Chief of General Staff Herzi Halevi are seeking to get rid of their prisoners in Gaza by all means.
The Israeli army continues to bomb different areas of the Gaza Strip, resulting in deaths and injuries.
