A second earthquake in Türkiye


A new earthquake with a magnitude of 7.7 on the Richter scale struck central Türkiye, causing strong aftershocks felt by most of the residents of the Syrian provinces.

No information has been received so far about the damage caused by the new earthquake, at a time when the operations are continuing to remove the rubble and search for victims and survivors as a result of the violent earthquake that hit the Syrian-Turkish border at dawn today (Monday) and caused the death of about 1,000 people in Türkiye, and 400 people in Syria, with the possibility the tally increased dramatically.
