A new massacre… 19 most of them children in another Israeli bombing targeting a UNRWA clinic in the northern Gaza Strip
Nineteen Palestinians, including children, were killed and others wounded on Wednesday in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a UNRWA clinic housing displaced persons in the Jabaliya camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
The death toll had risen from 15 to 19 Palestinians, including children, in addition to a number of wounded, after Israeli aircraft targeted the clinic where displaced people had sought refuge after their homes were destroyed.
The clinic had been previously damaged by Israeli shelling of the Gaza Strip, but dozens of Palestinians had taken refuge there after their homes were destroyed.
Witnesses said the bombing caused a fire in the clinic, burning the bodies of several victims.
On Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to escalate the genocide in the Gaza Strip and implement US President Donald Trump’s plan to displace Palestinians.
Since resuming aggression in Gaza on March 18, Israel has killed 1,042 Palestinians and injured 2,542 others, most of them children and women, as of Tuesday.
