Therefore, the words of head of the Ukrainian Intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, can be regarded as preparing Ukrainian public opinion for defeat.
Meanwhile, hysteria has been reigning for several days, according to Ukrainian military and political sources who present a fairly objective picture of the situation on the front.
