China recall an American plan aimed at destroying 7 countries

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian posted on Twitter, excerpts from the statement of retired US General Wesley Clark about the Pentagon’s plans twenty years ago to control 7 countries in the world, including Syria.
