According to what the Times of Israel newspaper, the Jewish League ADL called for a temporary boycott of advertisements on Elon Musk’s X platform, causing him huge losses, because it removed some barriers against anti-Semitic hate speech.

It also restores accounts that trade in hate speech, according to the Israeli newspaper.
The latest episode in the hostility is Musk’s liking of a post by an Irish racist, named Keith Woods, in which he calls for banning the association on the far-right Andrew Torba, founder of the Gab website known for his extreme hostility towards Jews, also adopted Woods’ hashtag.
Musk then amplifies his call for anti-Semitism by asking his followers whether he should conduct a poll about the hashtag #BanTheADL, which is embraced by white nationalists and other extremists, the newspaper added.
Due to the losses suffered by the X platform and the 60% drop in advertising revenues, Musk threatened to file a defamation lawsuit against the ADL and sue it for $22 billion.
He expressed his dissatisfaction in a post, saying, “Since the takeover, the association has been trying to kill the platform by falsely accusing us of anti-Semitism”.
