We’ve reached to the third episode of our story, after this horrible journey Washington orchestrated in order to control central and Latin America…. Where things went, and what are the results achieved.

Truth to be told, What Washington’s policies have done in the countries of Central and Latin America, is to support and devote the intervention of the military and security figures at civil and political life, and of course the school trained all those figures to do that, so during the past decades they became leaders of the military coups who came to power in those countries and practiced various types of oppression and persecution against their own people, in the sight and hearing of the civilized West, foremost of which is Uncle Sam’s State, who implicitly blessed all these heinous acts.

The issue of implementing civil military partnership in government was the actual policy sponsored by Washington, and not the other way around, as it has been claiming and marketing to the unwary in this world for decades.

Wherever there is an interest for them, everything is permissible, even if it contradicts democracy, freedom and human rights, as each case has a special legislation ready to grant legitimacy to it and those in charge of it, as long as and as long as they are loyal, obedient servants who meet the supreme interests of the leader of the free world!

One of the most interesting courses in the School of the Americas is the military intelligence courses, whose curricula have significantly declined in the past years, after their reality and results were revealed.

Many of the manuals and educational booklets were leaked to the public, which were described when some of them were revealed, as manuals and text books in the art of torture, because they were training officers and security personnel on various methods of intimidation, beatings, extortion, bribery, fabrication of charges, extrajudicial executions, in addition to the uses of Medicines, drugs and chemical compounds that force the detainee to confess and make confessions, and subject them to psychological torture, hallucinations, sleep deprivation and other methods.

Not to mention the methods and means used in recruiting individuals and sources of information, and methods of dealing and controlling them.

Among the most important of these approaches were those that used blackmail of all kinds and methods as a means of obtaining information or services, and obtaining confessions during interrogation, including those who provided unequivocally to resort to liquidating opponents at any time.

These instructions were distributed to security and military personnel as booklet guides in most Central and Latin American countries until late 1991.

Adding to that, these instructions and training programs were the same within the US foreign military intelligence programs in the sixties.

It was called at that time Project X, a training program project that Uncle Sam provided to the armies and allied countries, particularly the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

The foreign intelligence of the US Army was bringing personnel, army and intelligence officers from various countries of the world, and subjecting them to training courses at the Army Intelligence Training Center at Fort Hochica in Arizona.

It was distributing training programs and guide books ready to use and circumstance, any place.

It also trains and teaches the trainees the various forms and methods of interrogation, torture, pressure, extortion, and various standards, which Uncle Sam’s State classifies as violations of freedom and human rights.

Here, a question comes to mind… Why is Uncle Sam’s State incurring all this trouble and material costs to do all this, and what is the purpose of teaching others ways to control their political opponents?

To answer this question… we say:

Training officers, army, security, and intelligence personnel from Central and Latin American countries on methods of controlling or eliminating their political opponents, is in fact a work that has common denominators, because those political opponents are mostly opponents of Uncle Sam as well.

Whoever studies and reviews the nature of the composition of the authoritarian military and security regimes in the Central and Latin American countries that Washington has supported for years are right-wing military regimes.

These regimes, by the nature of their composition and ideas, oppose all ideas and trends also hostile to Washington, especially in that era represented by all communist, socialist and leftist forces.

They are also trained and supported, because once they reach power in their countries, dealing with them will be easy, and therefore they will abide by absolute obedience to Washington, its policies and interests, even if this opposes the interests of their own countries and their own people.

These graduates, once they graduate, absorb all these trainings and ideas, plus have the full support to gain power and personal gain, they will have a sense of complete and absolute confidence in Washington.

Thus, the understanding and communication will be smooth, easy and without any obstacles.

This is essential for Washington, because it wants to have men in power in the countries of the world, who understand its language and requirements, given the complexity of the interests of Uncle Sam’s State, and therefore the issue of the presence of individuals in power in the countries of the world, that will ensure the preservation and protection of these interests, and eliminate any threat by any means necessary.

It’s known that Uncle Sam State hasn’t directly conducted any intelligence activities in Latin American countries, as over the past decades there have been no direct US intelligence interventions in those countries, and their number hardly exceeds fingers number.

There’s no need for that.

They only need to give a signal to inform their former trainees, so that they can carry out the required and in the Latino way.

In all the countries of Central America, for example, and because they are the closest geographically, all the security men, army, militiamen, and even the bosses of organized crime, were products of Washington, they are mostly their men and their trainees.

Even in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, the countries of Central and Latin America remained in a constant state of war, varying between wars of independence, civil wars, and rebellions against ruling regimes.

The results of those wars were the formation of most of the current states in Central and Latin America, and all the leaders of those wars and the founders of these countries were strong men, but when Uncle Sam started to intervene, took the control of these countries, and even control over the men of the ruling regimes, and even all wars and armed rebellions, coups that took place were for the most part, an American made.

The rulers of the Central American countries, whom Washington has seated at the helm of power, have become the owners of the power in their countries, and they have been able to crush any rebellion or opposition that arises against them.

Washington did this in two ways:

The first: the deliberate support and armament of their men and regimes in these countries.

The second: direct military intervention when necessary to support their men, or to remove forces opposing their interests.

With the use of all methods, from threats, pressures, aid, loans, support for specific projects, and diplomatic campaigns, to ensure complete control of the regimes and governments of Central and Latin American countries.

Even, on a personal level, those men in power developed personal and financial relationships with various parties or persons and institutions in Uncle Sam State, until they became true followers, detracting from matter and personal interests to meet all asked of them, no matter what.

In view of all this, with full coordination with those armies and regimes, Uncle Sam has become completely in control of all aspects of life, security, economy, even the air that being breathe, the water that being drunk and the food that these peoples ate.

The School of the Americas was the godfather, the incubator, and a factory that produced, controlled, and perpetuated this reality.

Of course, and because the ship cannot go on the sea without facing opposing winds, the liberation movements and the emergence of figures who resist these tyrannical regimes and fight the US hegemony have made the task difficult, and they are fighting them in those countries.

And as happened in Cuba, with Fidel Castro and Che Guevara’s men being able to overthrow the Fulgencio Batista regime loyal to Washington in 1959, followed by the failure of all attempts to get rid of Fidel, even the attempts to invade Cuba (Operation Bay of Pigs in 1961).

Also Daniel Ortega who came to power (1985-1990) and (2007-present) in Nicaragua, in addition to Venezuela, Bolivia and Peru Brazil and others, all of this made the issue of tightening US control over all Central and Latin American countries very difficult, not to mention the fall of many of those tyrannical regimes and their departure from power in many of those countries after their situation was exposed on the international scene and the intensity of international and domestic pressures in those countries, which brought back democratic civilian rule that isn’t entirely in line with Washington’s wishes, as was the case in Chile and Argentina, which was also another example of the failure of these trainees, when they failed to solve their countries’ economic problems upon their arrival to rule in coups and to resort to the use of soft power in cases such as the hosting of the coup regime in Argentina for the World Cup in 1978 and the practice of maximum blackmail to support the Argentine team’s achievement of the championship, to absorb the anger of the people, at a time when the country was suffering from a violent economic crisis, and also their attempt to export the internal crisis abroad, by created a national glory, by trying to regain the Malvinas Islands (Falklands Islands) from Britain militarily, to gain popular support, but all of this backfired after the military defeat in the Falklands War, which forced the coup leaders later to hand over the rule in the country to political elected civilian forces.

Also, coups emerged from within the authority of the army in some countries whose regimes were loyal to Washington, whose officers carried leftist liberation ideas, as is the case, for example, with Hugo Chavez’s accession to power in Venezuela, and before him revolutionary military regimes opposed to imperialism, such as the military regime in Peru led by Juan Francisco Velasco (1968-1975) and the Omar Efrain Torrijos regime in Panama (1968-1981) and in other cases, having a common man among the native people, reach the power such as Evo Morales in Bolivia (2006-2019), also the arrival of socialists to power in Brazil.

In addition, disputes erupted in numbers of those countries between each other.

That’s why Washington has never reached the level of 100%, not even barely 50% of maximum control.

Therefore, the role and efforts of this school remained important and necessary to inject more blood into the veins of this authoritarian heinous body.
