According to Saudi sources, he said on Twitter that there is a heated debate between Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman and representatives of the ruling family in Saudi Arabia.

According to the information, the controversy is about remving bin Salman from crown prince position after the international crisis sparked by the assassination of journalist Jamal Khashoggi inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul.

In that debate members of the Saudi royal family directed bin salman “Step down as crown prince, we will guarantee you other positions, and we guarantee you that you’ll not be prosecuted, and if you do not Step down, you will be forced to do so”, Mujtahid tweeted.

Mujtahid added in his tweeted: that “bin Salman replied: “I will not step down nor leave any of my held positions, and no one will be able to remove me or force me to step down”.

Bin Salman added that he is ready and willing to stop the war in Yemen and lift the embargo on Qatar, as for Turkey… “We will offer them any amount of money they want in order to silence”!

This information comes in support of several media reports confirmed by the Turkish government’s statements about the involvement of a top figure in the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, with statements by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, hinting at the involvement of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia and being the person who gave orders to carry out the operation.

In an article, published on the Washington Post on Friday evening, by the Turkish president, in which Erdogan confirmed that the orders to carry out Khashoggi killing were issued by “higher figure” in Saudi Arabia, with the total exclusion that these orders weren’t issued by Saudi King Salman, hinting the involvement of the Saudi crown prince in the crime.
