The investigation comes with the German minister, who is accused of using excessive consultants which is contrary to the regulations in the German Government.
Spiegel Online reported on Thursday that the Der Spiegel magazine has information that the public prosecutor in Berlin is investigating whether the permanent use of advisers by self-employed advisers within the federal army is a deliberate help to inspire self-employment.
The prosecution’s investigation against the minister, a member of the Christian Democratic Party, led by Chancellor Angela Merkel, began on the basis of a communiqué dated September 30, and it is believed that an employee familiar with the Ministry of Defense is behind him.
German law forbids employers to work for one party permanently.
Otherwise, the Ministry of Defense in the present case is required to pay social dues.
Companies are held to legal liability if they are found to have helped to convince the authorities concerned that persons acting freely, According to the report, the magazine, which the minister is accused of, “used consultants to work and for a long time in the Ministry of Defense as employees”.
The magazine quoted Justice Ministry spokesman Martin Steltner as saying the prosecution was investigating whether there was any initial suspicion.
“Der Spiegel” magazine has pointed out that a confidential report of the Central Agency for Accountancy in Germany already included this charge “The investigators went a step further, as they found that the ministry cannot dispense with the services of consultants, especially with regard to the modernization of the electronic technology sector in the ministry “The investigators also confirmed that the ministry has been providing consultancy functions to companies freely and without making any tenders to receive offers to do such work from companies or specialized entities”.
