Hamas: The number of Israeli prisoners killed in Gaza as a result of Israeli continuous bombing reached 50
The continuous Israeli bombing of the Gaza Strip since October 7 has caused the death of around 50 hostages, according to what the spokesman for al Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas movement.
Abu Obaida said, “The al Qassam Brigades estimate that the number of Zionist prisoners killed in the Gaza Strip as a result of Zionist bombing and massacres reached approximately 50”.
Israel responded by intensive bombing of the Gaza Strip after Hamas’ October 7th attack, which was most violent in the history of Israeli.
Hamas’ operation al Aqsa flood, which Palestinian fighters infiltrated Israeli Gaza envelope area, and resulted in the death of more than 1,400 people, between soldiers and civilians.
According to the latest figure published by the Israeli army on Thursday, Hamas is holding 224 people whom it took with it to the Gaza Strip after the attack.
Military spokesman Brigadier General Daniel Hagari confirmed that the families of 224 hostages have been informed of the detention of some of them, indicating that this number is subject to change
“Efforts to return the hostages are a top priority,” he added.
The Israeli government said that at least half of the hostages held foreign nationalities.
