A truce in Idlib and northern Hama with a Turkish appeal

The Syrian army has decided to stop its military operations in the villages of Hama and Idlib in compliance with the agreements signed by the Russian guarantor, who received a “request” from Ankara to convince the Syrian government of a truce that constitutes a last chance for Turkey to implement its obligations under the Sochi agreement, in order to reopen the international route between the cities of Aleppo, Hama and Latakia.
