The European Commission has reported that the European Union has approved an eighth package of sanctions against Russia, including a ban on all crypto-asset wallets and accounts, according to Bloomberg News.

The ban currently covers all asset portfolios, accounts or custody services, regardless of the amount.

Previous sanctions allowed wallets worth ten thousand euros.
