CNN: A heavily armed Trump supporters rally in front of the FBI office
CNN released videos showing a group of armed supporters of former US President Donald Trump gathering outside the FBI in Phoenix, Arizona.
Footage taken Sunday morning showed Trump supporters carrying pistols and assault rifles on the street, which is permitted under Arizona’s gun law.
One protester said they are at that location to support Trump and protest against what they call illegal research at Mar-a-Lago.
For his part, FBI spokesman Kevin Smith said, “A group of 25 people peacefully exercising First Amendment rights (of the US Constitution), remained on the sidewalk along the way… At no time did they enter FBI property”.
Smith add, “The group dispersed by noon… There were no actions by the FBI”.
