25 attacks… Hezbollah targeted military bases and gatherings of Israeli soldiers
On Sunday, Hezbollah carried out about 25 attacks on targets and gatherings of Israeli soldiers in southern Lebanon and northern occupied Palestine with rocket barrages.
Hezbollah said in separate statements that its fighters targeted the cities of Safed and Haifa on Sunday, as well as gatherings of soldiers in several settlements in northern occupied Palestine.
According to Hezbollah statements, the targeted Israeli settlements on Sunday are: Kiryat Shmona, Ya’ara, Shlomi, Admit, Filon, Katzrin, Yiftach, Ma’ale Golani barracks, and Misgav Am.
Hezbollah also bombed Israeli forces’ gatherings in the town of Markaba in southern Lebanon and its eastern outskirts with rocket salvos.
In addition to settlements and troop concentrations, Hezbollah also targeted two military bases: the Beria air defense base (north) and the Shimshon base, which is a command and equipment center and a regional equipment unit west of Lake Tiberias (north) with qualitative missile salvos.
Hezbollah said that its fighters also bombed Haifa with a qualitative missile salvo, “as part of the Khaybar series of operations, and in response to the attacks on the southern suburb of Beirut”.
He added that his fighters targeted the Tira al Karmel base, south of Haifa, with a qualitative missile salvo.
After clashes with factions in Lebanon, including Hezbollah, which began after Israel launched a war of genocide on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, Israel expanded the scope of the genocide since September 23 to include most of Lebanon’s regions, including the capital Beirut, through air strikes, and also began a ground invasion in the south.
Hezbollah responds daily with missiles, drones and artillery shells targeting military sites and settlements, and while Israel announces some of its human and material losses, military censorship imposes a strict blackout on most of the losses, according to observers.
