In this second episode, will continue dig in The School of the Americas, with starting by returning in time to see the roots of the truly to be described as State Organized crime.

Uncle Sam has been striving to build his empire since the late nineteenth century.

In 1801, when he was 25, his Yankee Doodle marines landed on the coast of Tripoli in Libya, and imposed a naval siege and military control that lasted for about 14 years, seeking to impose its presence and control near the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, as a new global colonial power.

Since that date, and until this day, he kept on sending his forces, or agents, or intervened in various ways in the affairs of other peoples and countries, and even as we speak it’s making agents and soldiers for him from the sons of those countries, so that they can do various dirty works that meets the interests of this hateful empire.

For over two centuries, Uncle Sam fought against Spain, Mexico, France, Cuba, Nicaragua, Germany, Italy, Japan, Vietnam, Korea, China, Russia, the Arabs, etc…

He entered the first and second world wars, and was the first to use the atomic bomb, and his forces spread throughout the globe by land, sea and air 24/7, 30/12, all the four seasons.

Today there is more than 190 military base outside his territory.

Almost nowhere on Earth but Russia and China, perhaps, a Yankee Doodle soldier/invader ever set foot.

Without exaggeration, his soldiers have blood of all races, ages, ethnics, nationalities and religions in their hands.

And yet, with all that, a retarded person comes out to ask the question… Why do they hate us?

According to the old popular proverb, “Kindness is for those who are closer”, the share of that Kindness to the Central and Latin American countries was undoubtedly the greatest.

What has been termed for years is that Central and Latin America is the backyard of Uncle Sam’s State, due to many economic and geopolitical interests there, and because of the proximity and continental unity, Central and Latin America has become a strategic and security area for Uncle Sam.

During the past decades and with justifications developed according to the period of time and the challenges of each era:

The first era: Expelling the European colonialism from the Americas.

The second era: The consolidation of hegemony through the support of the regimes in the countries of the Americas, and the persecution of the fugitive Nazis in those countries.

The third era: The fight against communism and the socialist tides and ideologies.

The fourth era: The fight against organized crime and drug trafficking.

The fifth era: The fight against extremism and terrorism (the whole world included).

The sixth era: the imposition of democracy and freedom (the whole world included).

And in each of those eras, various kinds of crimes were committed either directly by Uncle Sam’s soldiers and their agents, or by their apprentices who took control of these countries.

Returning to the so-called (Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation) which is the 2 Americas Institute for Security Cooperation or the School of the Americas.

As mentioned, its building is located at Fort Benning Base in Columbus, Georgia.

The excitement begins with the old school crest, which had in the middle a drawing of the Spanish ship with a cross painted on it, which brought Christopher Columbus to the New World in 1492.

Also, it was written around the ship drawing, the famous phrase in Spanish, Uno para todos y todos para uno (One for all, all for one).

The phrase was taken from the letter of the fifth US President James Monroe (1817-1825) addressed to the US Congress, in which he summarized the colonial objectives and the ambitions of his country in the world, which they start working on with the entry of Uncle Sam into the first era mentioned (Expelling European colonialism from the Americas), so that his country will replace these countries in controlling the countries of the Americas.

There is no problem with the issue of exchanging military and security expertise between countries, and conducting joint exercises, which undoubtedly increases the efficiency and capabilities of the military and security personnel of those countries.

But the problem is, that when the majority of graduates of a particular school or military base are without controversy, among the scum of human beings in human history, who have committed various types of crimes, practices of oppression of peoples and violations of human rights… then surely, there will be a big question mark to be placed?

Since the School of the Americas was transferred from Panama to the State of Georgia in 1948 – the big surprise was that it was transferred to one of the most racist states, and almost completely devoid of any Spanish speakers, meaning, why it wasn’t transferred to the states of Texas or Florida, Arizona, California, New Mexico, for example?

This is because of the impurity, which is that Uncle Sam didn’t want the students of this school to feel any familiarity with the local population around them.

They were required to absorb racism, xenophobia and a sense of isolation that increase their criminal motives, principles well-known in the analysis of criminology and the nature of criminals science.

Also, it was required that the place of training, whereabouts and perhaps the identity of future criminals and murderers, be far from the eyes of those who and their co-victims would be the victims of these future criminals.

The choice of the state of Georgia wasn’t at all a coincidence, as it’s known in the US military definitions, they consider the State of Georgia as the purely American state par excellence.

An American state, racist towards non-whites and non-English speakers, besides being the most severe American state in matters of penal laws and criminal justice, and it was one of the most important hotbeds of abhorrent racism at the fifties and sixties, and it remains so until today, despite the timid concealment of this… This is the case actually at all parts of the country.

Even the people of this state in general, don’t understand the nature of their colonial country, and if they know it, they are satisfied with it and support it as well, and they view this as a normal conduct.

There may be some inconsistency here, but they are content with it and live with it very comfortably.

We always see that from that state, always come out voices of astonishment and denunciation, when someone in the world expresses his hatred or stands against the colonial nature of their country.

On the other hand, a since the Vietnam War, new generations in Uncle Sam’s State have begun to express their reservations about some of their country’s behavior, and even from the same state of Georgia, voices of the new generations rose to criticize and even condemn the role of this school.

From time to time, there were demonstrations against the School of the Americas.

It’s remarkable that most of these demonstrations were organized on November 16, the date of the anniversary of the killing of 6 Jesuit priests in El Salvador in 1989 by graduates of this school.

The Commission of Inquiry on this crime, which was set up by the United Nations, announced that 19 of the 27 people involved in this crime, and the assassination of the six priests, were graduates of the School of the Americas.

To be fair, there have been several attempts to shut down the school, or at least limit its activities, over the past years, including the 1999 Congressional vote of 230 to 197 to pass a $2 million school budget cut.

This budget cut was enough to shut down the school, as during the vote a lot of information and scandals came to light, especially with regard to the records of violations of human rights of many graduates of this school.

When the law was passed, and sent to the Senate, the law was rejected by a small majority, so the school survived and managed continue to operate.

And after a series of information and scandals of this school came out to the public, those who are in charge of the school made amendments to the names of the courses their school provides to become more friendly to freedom and human rights principles, for example:

  • The course on democratic sustainability.
  • The course on peace and civil peace operations.
  • Combined civil-military operations.
  • Rules for the application of protecting freedoms and maintaining social justice.

Perhaps what is surprising is the standpoint of those in charge of the school, who consider that army and military intervention in the civil and political life of states is completely incompatible with what Washington has been promoting for decades.

They don’t hide their support for this intervention, but support it because of its contributions to controlling life in those countries and bringing calm and peace!
