CNN: Revealing how the Rafah crossing will operate under the new agreement: the transfer of goods and the entry and exit of Palestinians with Israeli approval

Israeli security officials revealed that Palestinians will be able to leave and enter Gaza through the Rafah crossing with Egypt, and that the crossing will allow 600 aid trucks to enter the Strip daily.
Officials told CNN that the exit from Gaza through the Rafah crossing will be subject to Israeli security approval and will be supervised by a European Union mission.
They explained that the 600 trucks are part of the humanitarian clause of the ceasefire agreement.
They added that the trucks will come from international organizations accredited by the United Nations, the private sector, and donor countries, and that the supplies will include cooking gas, food, medicine, and other supplies.
Officials explained that equipment would also be allowed in to repair critical infrastructure such as water lines, sewage networks, and bakeries, although they were unable to specify when deliveries would begin to increase.
Officials also stated that those wishing to return to their homes in the Gaza Strip would be subject to Israeli approval and a specific mechanism that will be coordinated later with the Egyptian side.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump declared that the agreement reached on the ceasefire in Gaza represents the most important peace deal ever reached, stressing that the next phase of the plan is proceeding with broad consensus among the parties involved.
Trump said the agreement stipulates the return of the prisoners, noting that next Monday will be a very great day when the prisoners are returned, indicating the start of implementation of the humanitarian clause of the deal.
