The al Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas movement, announced on Saturday the loss of contact with a cell responsible for 4 Israeli prisoners who were detained in the Gaza Strip in 2014.

The al Qassam Brigades posted a short video showing the 4 Israeli detainees in Gaza since 2014, remind the Israelis of them by saying in Arabic and Hebrew, “Time is Running Out… It has been 10 years… Do you remember them?

The Video shows pictures of the four prisoners it detained 10 years ago, namely the soldiers Oron Shaul and Hadar Goldin, who were captured in the 2014 summer war, as Israel says they were killed while Hamas keeps their remains.

The other two are two Israeli civilians, Ibra Mengistu and Hisham al Sayyid, who entered the Gaza Strip under mysterious circumstances in September and December 2014.

The video added “In 2014, the Zionist government of Benjamin Netanyahu neglected your children and didn’t bring them back”.

On the other hand, the Israeli army announced, Saturday, the killing of an officer with the rank of major in the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.

Israeli Army Radio reported on Saturday evening that Officer Dan Weidenbaum (24), with the rank of major, from the town of Raanana, an officer in the Yiftah Brigade, was killed during the battles in the heart of Gaza.

In a related context, the Israeli government media office in Gaza stated, Saturday, that there is a real famine in the Gaza and North Gaza governorates, intentionally and intentionally, and 800,000 citizens are threatened with death due to the policy of starvation and thirst.

The Israeli government office said in a statement, “We sound the alarm again about the Israeli army’s focus on causing a real famine in the Gaza and North Gaza governorates in an intentional and deliberate manner… What confirms this is its prevention of the entry of aid, supplies, and food and ration materials”.

The statement pointed out that this scandalous policy confirms the Israeli government’s deliberate intention to commit a genocidal war and forcibly displace citizens from their homes under the threat of murder, weapons, bombing, starvation and thirst, in clear violation of international law, international humanitarian law, and all other international treaties.

The Israeli government media office said, “North Gaza Governorate currently needs 600 trucks of aid and food on a daily basis, and Gaza Governorate also needs 700 trucks daily to ensure that a real famine does not occur in the two governorates”.
