Netanyahu reveals the details of the agreement with Trump regarding the US initiative: The war will end either with good or with force!
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed during a cabinet meeting that he and President Trump agreed on several conditions in the 21-point plan that would benefit Israel, including a mechanism for disarming Hamas and excluding the Palestinian Authority from governing Gaza.
He added, “Israel will be the one to disarm Hamas and remove weapons from the Gaza Strip, under the Trump plan, if the Peace Council announced by Trump fails to fulfill its mission”.
He said, “If the parties do not implement the steps to disarm the Gaza Strip and Hamas, we will… This is agreed upon between me and Trump… The deal was concluded better than you think”.
The Israeli prime minister said, “Trump gave them a 3-4-day deadline… I’ll hold talks about this with the party leaders, and there is a very big opportunity here”.
Netanyahu added, “It’ll end either well or badly, or both”.
Netanyahu responded to criticism of the Palestinian Authority’s potential future control of the Gaza Strip, saying, “There is a twisted formulation here regarding the Palestinian state… The Palestinian Authority is outside it… Even the Peace Council doesn’t appoint representatives for it”.
