Yet Again: Israel raids the vicinity of the Syrian capital killing two soldiers and destroyed three military sites

Two soldiers were killed in Israeli air strikes that targeted military sites southwest and southeast of the Syrian capital, Damascus on Monday evening.
Israeli missiles targeted at least 3 sites of the Syrian government forces, including warehouses and military sites for Hezbollah forces and Iranian forces.
The Syrian official News Agency SANA reported, quoting a military source, that at about 23:05 PM, on August 21, 2023, the Israeli enemy carried out an attack with guided missiles from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting some points in the vicinity of the city of Damascus, and there were some material losses.
SANA had previously indicated that the Syrian air defenses had responded to hostile targets in the vicinity of Damascus, without giving further details.
In mid-August, violent explosions rang out in missile depots belonging to pro-Iranian groups, west of the capital, Damascus, resulting in material damage.
