Medvedev: We have no choice but to eliminate the Ukrainian president and his gang

The deputy head of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, said that after the drone attack on the Kremlin, “Moscow has no choice but to eliminate Zelensky and his gang”.
Medvedev wrote on his Telegram channel, “After today’s (Wednesday) attack, there is nothing left but the physical neutralization of Zelensky and his gang … He does not even need to sign the unconditional surrender decision”.
He added, “Hitler, as is well known, did not sign it either… There will always be an alternative”.
For his part, the Speaker of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, commenting on the drone attack on the Kremlin, said, “The State Duma deputies will demand the use of weapons capable of destroying the Ukrainian terrorist regime”.
“We will demand the use of weapons capable of stopping and destroying the Kiev terrorist regime,” Volodin said, adding that “such a regime threatens security”.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Kremlin announced that two Ukrainian drones attacked last night the residence of President Putin in the Kremlin, in what it described as a terrorist assassination attempt.
The statement stressed, “The Russian army and intelligence services thwarted the attack by disabling both drones, and therefore there were no injuries, and the Russian president was not harmed and continues to work as usual”.
In turn, Ukraine denied the Russian accusations, stressing that it does not use its military capabilities to attack other countries.
