CNN expressed American weakness in the Middle East, by saying that Washington’s weakness in that region has become blatantly clear.

The Gaza Strip is the place where the war is taking place now, but throughout the Middle East there are warning lights in red color.

CNN pointed to the recent United States interventions, where a US Navy ship intercepted missile launched by Ansarullah from Yemen.

Likewise, several US bases in Iraq were targeted by drones, as also happened at US bases inside Syria.

CNN indicated in the report that the United States is approaching the very real possibility of direct involvement in a regional war in the Middle East.

“This isn’t the 1991 campaign to expel Saddam Hussein’s army from Kuwait, or the invasion of Iraq in 2003, both of which were preceded by months of planning and preparation to determining the allies and the time and place of the attack”.

The United States is striving to respond to events that are largely beyond its control, according to CNN, and here the weaknesses in the sprawling American military presence throughout the Middle East emerge.

CNN pointed out that while transporting a single soldier or Marine from the United States to the Middle East costs thousands of dollars, it is merely a bus trip for an Iranian Revolutionary Guard soldier to reach Baghdad, Damascus, or Beirut.

The United States may have the most powerful army in the world, but as American defeats in Vietnam and Afghanistan demonstrated, this doesn’t guarantee victory over an enemy determined to win, and in the case of the Middle East today, there are enemies, not just one.

Earlier, Israeli media reported, quoting an American general, that Biden had made the US army “weak and very poor” in terms of manpower.

From a logistical point of view, the general said, “We’re unable to provide support for many things happening in parallel in the world”.

A few days ago, the famous journalist, Tucker Carlson, confirmed that the US army is weaker than at any time in the past fifty years.

Carlson said, “Now isn’t the right time for a third world war, because the United States will lose it,” noting that some countries will support Israel and the United States, but most countries will stand on the other side of Washington at this pivotal moment.
