A US-Russian deal close over Syria

US President Donald Trump will speak with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin during their first summit on July 16 at the Finnish capital Helsinki.

According to reports from Washington with several Israeli media outlets, that Washington and Moscow are on the verge of reaching what it is described as «Barter deal» that will include US approval for the Syrian President Bashar Al Assad to remain in power, in return, Russia will pledge to work to get the Iranians out of Syria while maintaining some level of Iranian economic activities related to reconstruction projects in the country.

Also and in return, the United State will withdraw its troops from Syria.

The deal is at it appeared to be according to Israeli media, is a response to an Israeli request for the leave of Iranian military presence and its loyal militias from Syria.
