A missile attack on the largest US army bases in eastern Syria
Two new explosions rocked the largest US bases in Syria, after it was subjected to a new missile attack that directly targeted it.
Local sources reported that a missile bombardment targeted with several missiles, the base of Omar oil field in the eastern countryside of Deir al Zour, the largest illegal US base in eastern Syria.
The sources explained that the operation was completed despite the great alert that the US bases in eastern Syria were experiencing as a result of the attacks they were subjected to, against the backdrop of the war launched by the Israeli army on the Gaza Strip.
The missile targeting was carried out from the desert west of the Euphrates River, which is under the control of the Syrian government, where two missiles were launched and landed directly inside the base.
The two explosions at the base of in Omar oil field were followed by an intense flight of US Army helicopters and drones in the skies of the towns of Dhiban, al Hawaij, and al Shahil east of Deir al Zour.
The Pentagon spokesman announced, Tuesday evening, that their forces had been subjected to twenty-seven attacks in Iraq and Syria since October 17.
